Writing & Editing
Hourly.
- $25-30, W2.
- $35-50, 1099.
Hourly rates cover technical writing, editing, and research; QA testing and test plan development (manual testing only); graphic design;
and layout.
Writing.
- $75 for original articles up to 800 words. Includes research and/or
interviews.
- $0.10 per word after 800 words.
- $20 per page for web pages (HTML, XML, ASP.NET). Price depends on content.
Editing.
- $10-25, for copyediting/proofreading for 15 pages or less. Price depends on content.
- $0.20 for copyediting/proofreading per page after 15 pages.
- $5.00 for rewriting, per page
- $15 per page for web pages (HTML, XML, ASP.NET). Price depends on content.
Web Design
Sites
- $500 full site up to 10 pages. Content writing/editing and
graphics included.
- $40 per page for each additional page.
- $1500 for Mambo site and two (2) templates. Content writing/editing and images included.
- $300 for each additional Mambo template.
Design & Layout
Images and diagrams are included in the cost for technical writing and web projects.
Images & Diagrams
- $100 per image, 5 revisions/redesigns.
Logos
- $250 per logo, including different sizes and dpi.
Layout
- $35 per page for catalogs. Includes
content editing and graphics.
- $75 page and cover design for manuals and booklets.
